Help Donate for Jose Valdovinos Hip surgery
On behalf of Jose Valdovinos, his family is seeking to gather donations to fund for his medical expenses. He was born with an irregular ball in his hip joint. They discovered it was septic arthritis. It’s a painful infection in the joints. He went into surgery to get a ball (a sac full of pus in the joint) removed and post operation his family discovered that the surgery was unsuccessful. They need another surgery to make him walk better and reduce the pain. Since his family is not financially stable they can not afford the medical expenses to continue to fix his hip.
As he grew he wasn’t able to walk correctly. His left leg is the one affected by his condition and the one that needs surgery on. He relied on his right leg to walk better. His legs are not even the left leg is shorter than his right.
Jose is now 32 years old. He tries his best to continue to find employment but no one wants to hire him due to his disability. He continues to work in the fields and has got to the point where his leg is bothering him and is unable to work. He lives in Mexico and as you may know he can’t get help for his disability or unemployment like in the US.
Jose is a very hardworking man. He has always felt pain and discomfort and he still managed to work over 12 hour days in the “Huerta” (agriculture ) aka a banana field. As you may know working in the field is not easy and especially when your lower limb is constantly in pain. He would travel long distance in his bike to get around town. He has worked all his life with this pain and it has got to a point where he can no longer work.
He can barely get out of bed and is now using a cane. His family is trying to raise money to be able to fulfill his dream on walking again.
They need YOUR help. They need $6,000 to complete his surgery. Let’s help and be apart to fulfill his journey.
