Supporting Yeliang Xia with donation for legal defence against the evil fugitive billionaire Wengui Guo (most wanted by Interpol)
Mr. Yeliang Xia, a former professor at Peking University and a political dissident from China.
Mr. Xia has been sued for his inquiries and criticism through TV and twitter on Guo’s so-called exposure of top confidential information in China by Wengui Guo (aka Miles Kwok, a notorious Chinese billionaire and fugitive escaped from China in 2015 and Guo got RED NOTICE twice from INTERPOL) at Eastern District Court of Virginia.
Guo hired a gang of cyber accessories and made up tons of rumors to smear Mr. Xia and Xia’s family members while filing a complaint against Xia with an accusation of defamation and a claim of five million US $ for compensation.
Guo has been abusing legal resources in US with more than 41 lawsuits for defamation undergoing and he claimed that he planned to sue more than 91 persons for the accusation of defamation.
Mr. Xia and many other defendants can’t afford to hire a qualified and experienced attorney to defend themselves. Thus, with suggestions by many web bystanders, Xia started a campaign to collect donation for legal fees against Guo.
Xia will use those donations only for the purpose of the lawsuit and he has been supported by several volunteers to work on collection, bookkeeping and supervision of donations. The goal has been set to 100,000 US$, and an individual account of GoFundMe was set up as a major channel for donation.

原北大教授、政治异议人士，现时政/财经新闻评论人夏业良先生（美国之音/自由亚洲电台/博讯/新唐人等媒体）因网络质疑和评论，而被中国逃亡商人郭文贵花钱组织围攻/抹黑，并在美国弗吉尼亚东区联邦法院提交所谓诽谤指控和滥诉。
夏先生通过电视节目和推特对郭的所谓爆料（包括最高机密信息）进行了质疑和批评，郭雇佣组织了对夏及其家人的网络围攻，同时指控夏对他进行诽谤并索赔五百万美元。
郭滥用美国司法资源， 目前正在进行中的诉讼超过41起，郭宣称他计划起诉至少91位对他进行诽谤的个人。
夏先生和其他被告均无力承担雇佣合格并有经验的律师之花费。因此在众多网络旁观者的建议下开始了募捐应对郭之诉讼的律师费用。
夏先生将把募捐得款只用于本案诉讼之中，并且得到若干志愿者的支持和帮助，他们协助收集募捐款项/记账与募捐监督等工作。本次募捐活动的目标已设定为十万美元，并且已经开设了一个名为“GoFundMe”之软件的募捐账户平台以作为主要募捐渠道。
