Donatella's Medical Bill

Our friends Audra and her 10 pound chiweenie Donatella need our help. On Wednesday morning Donatella went into breathing distress. She was rushed to Animal Internal Medicine & Specialty Services. Due to Covid Audra isn’t able to visit Dontalella, to have your baby fighting for her life and you can’t even be with her is beyond heartbreaking. Donatella is in heart failure they are trying to stabilize her and if her heart valve isn’t damaged they are hopeful they can get her on the right medicine and she can live a few more years. As of today it’s touch and go but the doctors are “cautiously optimistic," but she needs more time to stabilize under veterinary care. Each day she is on necessary oxygen is $795. She needs more tests and follow up ex-rays. As of today the bill is over $6000 and rising. We can’t let cost be prohibitive of Donatella’s care. Even under the worst case scenario of losing her the bill will still need to be paid. We know everyone has taken a financial hit in 2020, Audra and Spikes lively hood has been decimated due to Covid restrictions with no end in sight for the entertainment industry they are in. I’m asking all friends and family who Audra and Spike and Barbara have shared their love and friendship with over the years to please help take some of the financial stress off of this horrible situation.
