101 PCT I am reaching out for support in the loss of her Brother Terry Sapp. Vicki and Terry lost their parents early on in life leaving the youngsters in the care of their grandmother. Once they lost their grandmother the two were closer than ever, leaning on each. Terry lost was unexpected, leaving Vicki alone with the expenses of his funeral arrangements..
