<div>At Unbroken Recovery, we offer low-barrier, peer-led fitness classes and events for individuals in recovery from addiction, helping them rebuild their lives through fitness, community, and opportunity. Based in Ottawa, we partner with local gyms and fitness centers to host weekly classes—such as boxing, yoga, and CrossFit—that create a welcoming and supportive environment for those in recovery.
