My mother Angela James , passed away 6/25/17 and due to medical mistakes made at Baylor Hospital in Dallas Tx . Many odd and obstacles were against her and she beat them all . A young nervous nurse in ready for her tasks at hand in the icu , made some mistakes that cost my mother her life . Although this is a hardest thing ever felt in my life , Im trying to be strong and continue to do the things necessary to celebrate her life . Her insurance company refuses to pay her policy because her name was missspelled on the policy , a refund of her premium was issueded with paper work to redo a new policy and she passed before arrangements could be made to resume a new policy with the correct spelling in time before her policy being canceled .
