I worked for the state for over 12 years. I was wrongfully terminated for being late 1 hour due to my son's FMLA serious medical condition. HR wrongfully terminated me and skipped 3 steps in discipline. They violated the union contract. The union and I are fighting for my job back and back pay. This is a process and can take months. I did file for unemployment for the first time in my life ever, and it's still pending!

This fundraiser is to raise money to help us be able to pay October's rent and November's rent if possible. If I can raise that, we will be caught up and able to continue and be fine on our own. My immediate goal is $959 that I need to pay at the latest Nov 12th/13th. November's rent is $1,002.00. Any amount truly helps. $1, $2, $5, $10... it adds up quickly.

We have lived in this home since my daughter was 2. She will be 14 on Nov 15th. She is such a good girl. I feel as though we are failing. I just need a little help.

We lost over half our income early Sept right before my birthday. I couldn't even take them on a 2-night beach trip. I'm sorry I'm getting off topic. My son is 7, his name is Isaiah. He was born in this home.
