<div>My name is Scribe Sayar and I will be running from California to New York. My cause, I would like to share a new perspective on healing our mental and physical health. To show the importance of my cause I will be making this journey alone by foot with no team and no transportation.

<div>Achieving and maintaining physical and mental health is more challenging than ever. I advocate for safe and secure community farms that operate in a socially and environmentally friendly manner. Community farming can provide for local business, decrease air and water pollution, create jobs, educate, and support mental health with nutrition and in return create a healthy social interaction.

<div>Community farms will increase our health both physically/mentally while decreasing medical costs and educating people that food is thy medicine. Each mile I run will build upon a legacy for the youth to inherit. Join me in this 3,100+ mile journey via IG: @Live2Run4You

<div>The funding you provide will be used sparingly for emergency situations and for hotel/camp sites when safety is in question. All funding support not used after completion of the run will then be entirely donated to community farming organizations and or communities that provide the model I advocate in my mission statement. Join me in raising awareness to a healthy lifestyle that will feed our bodies and nourish our minds.
