Update!!!!!

Our poor girl is now dealing with a Staph infection in her elbows. Y'all she can't catch a break. This next step isn't going to be cheap so I'm once again asking for help. She will need an injectable antibiotic daily and blood work every 3 days. When I get a health plan I will post it. She is eating steadily now and her thyroid is still being monitored every other week till we get that stable.

I am leaving her story below for those who don't know it yet.

Meet Princess Siren, she is a 6.5 year old Husky. She is in need of a specialist vet

Back in June she quit eating, vet felt it was because of her thyroid. So treatment started for that. She continued to not eat and not make improvements so we took her back where they found her to have an infection via blood work. A few days later she started having bloody discharge so she was rushed to an emergency vet where we found out she had pyometra, pancreatitis as well as a low thyroid. They removed her uterus which weighed 4 lb. She ended up having an allergic reaction to one of the meds given, She continued to not eat and stayed at the vet for 8 days where with no progress they felt it was best to send her home to see if we could get her to eat. And that worked for about a week and then she quit eating again. We are syringe feeding her at this time. Ultrasounds aren't showing anything abnormal. blood work shows she's anemic with a high white blood cell count. On our third round of antibiotics and still no closer to an answer. Our next step is to visit visit a specialist where they can run more comprehensive test like a CT scan to figure out what is wrong with our girl. We just can't afford anything more we've already spent over $6,000. We don't have any specialists nearby so this will involve travel as well.
