<div>Hello,

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>My name is Lisa from Tampa, Florida. I am organizing this campaign in order to help raise the funds needed for my friend, Muhammad Ashraf, so that him and his family can make it to safety and away from the occupation and continue his nursing studies. Muhammad is currently a nursing student at Al Aqsa University and is helping patients around him the best that he can. Muhammad unfortunately, and I was heartbroken to read, that he and many other students had to stop his studies due to the terrorist state of israel destroying the university with bombs.

<div>“Hello my friend, I am Muhammad Ashraf from Palestine, the Gaza Strip, a city that is witnessing many bloody wars and genocide. I am here to ask you for urgent help for the sake of our children and for my emotional sake. I want you to help me, even if it is just a little. My emotional finances are in dire need of support. Please do not ignore me. I truly apologize for my urgent request. To help, but we do not have the necessary money because of the tragic situation we are going through. We need your support and we want your help before it is too late.

</div>

<div>In the worst circumstances, we do not perform our medical duty to serve patients and we strive to maintain their safety.

</div>

<div>My family and I were subjected to death on several occasions, and God saved us by ruling and besieging us for a period of time in a place where there was no water to eat. Then they took us to a place in Al-Mawasi, and we slept for several days in the rain in the month of 1, and our money, clothes, and all our belongings were destroyed by the bombing of the occupation, and my uncle and his daughter were martyred in front of my eyes, and I translated with us seriously. I need you a lot. You work for the Qovandmi link so that people can help me so that I can provide some food and drink to my area and my family. You saw this work as humanitarian. By the way, I am studying nursing, and in the year this situation persists, I continue my studies and I hope that then for me. Thank you, my friend❤”

<div>We all want to thank you for taking the time to read this, please spread Muhammad’s story so that him and his family has a chance to live the best life they deserve. Every little amount donated and every share of this campaign makes a difference. We cannot allow these atrocities to continue and we will need to do our part in spreading the voices and messages of Palestinians to those who choose to be silent and complacent. Let’s do our part and do what’s right.

<div>My friend Muhammad has developed a team of other incredible big hearted individuals called the “Hand to Hand” and they are doing amazing things in the city of Khan Yunis. Muhammad is going to need to provide the team money so that they can continue their incredible work and we are using this campaign to help. Here is a summary as to what the Hand to Hand team is:

</div>

<div><span>Overview of the “Hand to Hand” team We are a volunteer youth team established in Gaza City - Khan Yunis Governorate, which includes an elite group of young men and women university graduates. We have gathered under one umbrella to serve our community and overcome the challenges faced by the displaced in the Al-Mawasi area and the displacement camps. We started from a deep belief that the spirit of volunteering is not just an effort, but a way of life that reflects our humanity and enhances our belonging.
Our message: We aim to extend a helping hand to those exhausted by crises, and we aspire to be a beacon of hope that alleviates the suffering of families and children through various programs and purposeful initiatives. We do not just provide services, but we seek to build strong human connections based on love, compassion, and mutual respect.
Our goals: Psychological and social support: Because a kind word may be stronger than all solutions, we organize psychological and social support sessions to mitigate the negative psychological effects left by crises. Recreational activities: We believe that entertainment is a right for everyone, so we create an environment of joy through activities and open days that give children moments of happiness
Health education: Health is the basis of a decent life, so we provide workshops and awareness programs that contribute to raising the level of health awareness for families
Workshops and development: We work to empower youth and women through training and development workshops that contribute to enhancing their capabilities and improving their daily lives.
Community initiatives: We launch various humanitarian initiatives, from providing basic necessities to needy families to charitable projects that alleviate their suffering.
Our vision: To be an inspiring model for other youth initiatives, and to leave a lasting positive impact on our society, where volunteer work becomes an approach followed by everyone.
Our invitation: We believe that one hand does not clap, and that real change begins when we unite to achieve a lofty goal. Therefore, we call on everyone who shares this faith to join us, because together “hand in hand we make change,” and together we reshape the features of hope. </span>

<div>Update: 5/3/2025 -

</div>

<div>Muhammad had messaged me this morning that unfortunately, with the situation in Gaza becoming more dangerous due to the occupation’s ongoing murders, the Hand to Hand team had to disband and stop operating for the safety of everyone on the team. As per Muhammad’s request, this campaign is now back to focusing on supporting him and his family.<br />
