Medical Bills

If you're lucky, you can say you have the best parents in the world.  In my case, it's actually true.  Rick and Carol Geercken are two of the most caring and selfless people you could ever meet and I am truly blessed to be able to call them my parents.  When Rick was diagnosed with leukemia last year and required a bone marrow transplant, we were completely shocked.  He was always in great health and worked hard everyday of his life to give my mom and I a wonderful life.  So after weeks of chemotherapy and treatment, the team at Rosewell Park Cancer Institute found him a donor. They took amazing care of him and us as well.  My mom took her job as primary care giver very seriously and has truly been an inspiration... She is the real hero in all of this.  Her love and dedication are endless.  He is now 173 days post-transplant & doing great! I am so grateful to all our of family and friends who have been there for my mom and dad and especially to the nurses at Roswell who go above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.  I don't know where I would be without my parents.  They have done everything for me and  I want to do what I can to help...  please join me!
