I grew up in Farm District, Whitehouse, Westmoreland. <strong>Hurricane Melissa made landfall in our community, tearing down all board houses, ripping zinc roofs and shingle roofs apart from every house.</strong> The damage is stark: my home was torn in half, and my roof was completely ripped off. I have lost everything I’ve owned.
