My mom's house has fallen apart and is no longer livable for her. We were hoping for a couple more months so we could save more, but unfortunately, the house had other plans. The furnace cracked and now a pipe has burst between the floors. I need to get my mom into a safe and livable environment. We were first hoping to fix the furnace to buy us some time to find a realtor to work with to sell this property and get her a new one. Now we are just trying to afford the costs to move and relocate. However, in the meantime, she is homeless. Asking for help to get her into a temporary place to stay, like a hotel/motel until we get the realtor. We have meetings planned with a few different realtors, but we have no idea where to start. I guess the first step is her housing, then storage for things to keep, and dump removal costs. Thank you in advance for any help.
