My name is Otis Hall. My fundraiser is based on a soup kitchen. My profession is cooking, and my passion is cooking. I have been cooking for over fifty years, and I love feeding people.

I have fed the homeless and veterans from Las Vegas, NV, Tallulah, Louisiana, and Fort Worth, Texas. I believe with a soup kitchen, I can reach more people.
