This fundraiser is for Neil Buben.

He has gone through two craniotomy surgeries in the last month. The first bi-frontal craniotomy on 12/3/2024 was to remove a large tumor from the brain. The second emergency craniotomy surgery on 12/31/2024 was to clear an infection that was discovered on 12/30/2024 and remove the infected bone from the skull.

There will be one more surgery in about eight weeks to put a prosthetic bone back into the skull as long as there are no more signs of the infection.

We are trying to keep up with bills and medical costs, but unfortunately just don’t have the means to do so. The costs keep rising and it’s taking a toll on our friends and family.

Neil will run out of PTO on 1/31/2025. He will be home from work until the middle of April, which would be the soonest he would be able to return to work.

The funds received will be used to cover the cost of rising medical bills, prescriptions needed for recovery, as well as getting caught up on the everyday costs of living.
