Being an Entrepreneur with health issues can get a little tough; as we all are aware, bills don’t stop when you are down. Without being able to open my restaurant i’m unable to pay bills. Hopefully with a little help i’ll be able to keep my head above water, and soon open the doors of Mrs. Dee’s Country store back up and have the honor to serve the surrounding areas again.

As many of you all know, my mom, Mrs. Dee (Owner of Ms. Dee's Country Store), had emergency surgery on 08/03/24.

The infection that started in her ear kept going to her bone (Mastoiditis), but that’s not all. The doctors had to do a spinal tap — the results came back; my mom had strep and pneumonia around her brain (Streptococcus pneumonia). The bacteria/infection caused my mom to get meningitis.
