This is the first time I'm getting surgery, so I'm super nervous but also extremely excited because this is something I've always wanted! Being queer and a part of this community has genuinely saved my life. Getting this surgery will allow me to feel more comfortable in my body and safe with my identity as a nonbinary individual.
