<div>I have been covering most of the costs since last August for x-rays and PT sessions with credit cards and personal loans, and my monthly payments have gotten extremely high, so I'm asking for help to cover the balance of getting my credit cards down, as well as being able to start making payments on my next round of physical therapy.
