As you may know, we at Sourdough Bakers in St.Louis Michigan have the absolute pleasure to be opening a bakery for our community. Start up costs are super hard, and I am trying to do this alone for the first year, until we have been in our store long enough to pull a business loan. It’s very difficult for new small businesses today as there is just no funding available, which really makes things very hard financially.
