<div>Four weeks ago, my dear friend, Lasan — a dedicated rideshare driver — was involved in a devastating car accident that has upended his life.

<div>The impact left him with serious injuries, including a shattered right ankle, a fractured chest bone with bruising on both sides, bleeding in his neck, a stiff neck and headaches, and multiple abrasions on his legs. He was rushed to the hospital, where he underwent emergency surgery on his ankle. Now in a rehabilitation center, he faces a long and difficult road to recovery, requiring extensive physical therapy and ongoing medical care.

<div>Beyond the physical pain, the financial burden is overwhelming. With mounting medical expenses from surgeries, hospital stays, and rehabilitation — along with the loss of his vehicle, his primary source of income — Lasan is facing significant hardship.
