Hey there! My name is Sami. In July of this year, my life turned upside down. I was going home and another car took out the front end of my car. I had my two small children with me at the time. My car was totaled, I lost my job, and any means of transportation.

It is now September, and I am currently in the process of being evicted unless I come up with the $2800 I owe to my landlord. It took me almost two months to find the job I have now. I just need help to catch up on what I owe so I can take care of me and my family going forward. It was such an unexpected financial hardship that we went through, and I am just asking for a little assistance to help get back on track to providing for my family again.

I have applied for rental assistance from the city of Denver as well as the Native American Housing Circle and a local church. However, the rent is due in one week and there is no guarantee I will get the assistance in time.

Everything received from this fundraiser will go toward my housing costs and the recovery from the car accident.
