Hello, my name's Payton. I've been fighting for my daughter to come live with me for a while now, and I've spent all my money on lawyer fees. Now, I'm expected to pay another lawyer fee, and I don't have the money as I wasn't expecting to have to pay this attorney again. I had to buy a new car because my other car was taken from me. To be able to visit her, I had to buy a car. Thankfully, my mom left me a tiny bit of cash so I could do so.

I've been fighting for my life while trying to make sure I'm in my daughter's life as much as possible and for a fair amount of time. I have to drive 4 hours one way to pick her up and 4 hours back and paying toll fees and $200 for gas each time and I’m on SSI and only get $900 a month to live off of . I truly hate asking for help, and I wouldn't ask if I didn't absolutely need it. I wasn't told I would have to pay the fee twice, so I wasn't expecting it, or I would have saved up the money. But now the clock is ticking as we go to trial in April and May. So, I only have a month to work with this lawyer.
