<div>The Weather Station is used by devoted locals as well as the boating community to view real time and accurate weather data for the Raby Bay and Cleveland regions. The weather station consists of a professional grade weather station providing data on wind speed and direction, temperature, humidity, barometric pressure, rainfall and solar radiation.

<div>This weather station has always been privately operated and funded and upgraded and maintained without community or external funds. The station however is starting to become older and now requires some minor hardware replacements to ensure continued accurate operation. The funds from this GoFundMe will be used to replace the anemometer (wind speed/direction) sensor and associated hardware to the base station. Since wind speed and direction are so critical to the weather station in this location it is important to maintain its accuracy and reliability.
