Hi my name is Joshua Neer, I was recently diagnosed with testicular cancer nonseminoma stage 3. Which resulted in emergency surgery to remove my right testicle completely cuz it was over 5cm in mass. Then a week later I had port surgery so my arms won't get tore up from the constant needle pokes daily. I'm already 3 weeks down outta 12 weeks with my infusion treatment. I recently had to take a leave of absence from work due to the lack of ability to perform from the side affects of the chemo treatment. My fiance is the only one able to work at the moment and the bills are starting to pile up. We also have 3 kids to care for in the process of handling everything mentally.
