<div>Jose has been a loyal roofer and foreman for my small company for over 30 years. We’re a humble operation, working on one project at a time with a single, tight-knit crew. Jose has been the heart of that crew—always dependable, hardworking, and deeply committed.

<div>He was just weeks away from retiring and finally getting the chance to enjoy the life he worked so hard to build with his family.

<div>Tragically, Jose suffered a severe accident and broke his neck. He is currently undergoing multiple surgeries. Right now, the hope is simply that he survives—and that someday, he might walk again.
