Save Uncle Oliver's Life

I recently visited my Tito (uncle) Oliver- and saw his terrible physical condition.

Tito Oliver has gout, diabetes, and arthritis; he needs money to live. Tito Oliver lives in the Philippines, a third-world country, struggling to get up and move. He needs money for food, hospital bills, travel, etc. The conditions he lives in are inhumane.
