Holy Innocents School has been a cornerstone of education and community support since 1968.

In 2018, a lawsuit was filed against the school, claiming abuse from over 40 years ago. Determined to clear its name, the school, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, faced the allegations in court. After a thorough investigation, inspections, and 12+ days in court the school was fully exonerated. The case was then taken up to the Appellate Court and the Minnesota Supreme Court and both courts concluded there was no evidence or proof to support the claims.

While justice was served, the legal battle came at a tremendous cost. The lawyer fees have placed a significant financial burden on the school, threatening its ability to continue providing the quality education and community programs we are known for.
