<div>Hi, my name is Elliott, and I’m fundraising for my top surgery – a procedure that is such an important and meaningful step in my journey to living fully and authentically as myself.

<div>For as long as I can remember, I’ve felt a real disconnect between my body and who I am inside. This isn’t just about a physical change; it’s about finally feeling comfortable, confident, and at peace in my own skin. Every day, this mismatch causes me stress, anxiety, and discomfort, and having this surgery will take that weight off my shoulders and let me move through life as the person I truly am. It will make such a huge difference to my mental health, my happiness, and my ability to just be myself without constantly feeling self-conscious.

<div>Unfortunately, the cost of the surgery, including fees, aftercare, travel, and any necessary recovery supplies, is more than I can afford on my own right now. That’s why I’m reaching out for help. Every penny raised will go directly towards covering these costs, so I can take this vital step.

<div>No amount is too small – even just sharing this page means the world to me and helps more than you know. Thank you so much for taking the time to read my story, and for your kindness, understanding, and support. You’re helping me get one step closer to being truly happy and comfortable in my own body.
