<div>Im taking on the three peak challenge to raise money and awareness for Spinal muscular atrophy ( SMA ), inspired by my girlfriend Elizabeth who lives with SMA. SMA affects muscle strength, mobility and everyday challenges, this takes far more effort than most people realise. This challenge is my way of showing support, pushing myself in her honour, and helping fund vital research, support and resources for those living with SMA. Every donation big or small truly makes a difference. Thank you for supporting this cause so close to our hearts.

<div>The three peak challenge is where we complete the 3 tallest peaks in the uk ( Ben Nevis in Scotland, Scafell pike in the Lake District and Snowdon in North Wales ) all within 24 hours. This includes driving time !
