this is my first Daughter Elsie , she was born with Gastroschisis during this time my partner and I stopped working to be with our daughter in hospital. Because of the shock of what happened and being un prepared we can Not afford to pay her medical costs whilst Trying to pay the rent as a new Family it would mean the world for a little Help ❤️
