Help Sofía Osorio with her son’s funeral expenses

Hi, My name is David Rodriguez Jr. I am fundraising to help Maria Osorio cover funeral expenses for her son of Moises Ezquiel Velasquez 30. I am married to one of his sisters (Lesly x. Velasquez) I am his brother-in-law.
Moises Velasquez was hit by a vehicle at a round 2 AM morning Sunday (mothers day) May 8 2022. See link below.

Moises left behind his mother Sofia Osorio and his sisters Yenifer and Lesly Velasquez. Moises did not have life insurance and I have set this page to help them raise funds to bury Moises.
For full transparency we have elected Lafayette funeral home here in Fayetteville NC. We are currently waiting on Moises to be released to us, to officially find out how much the final costs will be.
I have adjusted the original fundraiser goal to reflect an amount that is closer to what the estimated costs might be.
I will adjust the goal a final time to reflect the total amount needed once we have finalized the total cost.
Currently I'm am being told the estimated cost could range anywhere from 8k to 12k. So I have adjusted accordingly.
Additionally, Moises also had a car which he was paying he has a remaining balance of around 18k. His mother and sisters expressed to me they had concerns about how to pay the remaining balance. They did not want to lose the car since he had worked so hard to keep it. The car is literally sitting in a driveway with the passenger side door completely smashed from a previous car accident he had a in 2019 he did not have enough money at the time and could not get the door fixed yet he continued with making his car payments.
Once again, I have started this campaign to help my family. Based on the their needs and what they have requested for me to post.
Once again, to be clear, what is needed for funeral and burial is estimated to range from 8k to 12k.
I am giving additional information about his vehicle to give futher information to all who would like to help as well as to inform every one as to how donations will be used. Sofia did not want to start a second fund raiser for other needs.
Any amount of money that has is collected in excess of what the goal amount is will be given to Sofia to cover any additional needs.
What is more important to us is to be able to give him a proper burial, That is all.

Mi hermano fue una persona amorosa y que siempre belaba por los demas. Y se me hace dificil pedir pero como mi hermano no tenia seguro de vida me he creado esta pagina porque no tenemos mucho dinero y estamos recaudando dinero para los gastos.
