<div>Hola, mi nombre es Pamela Huerta y hoy escribo con el corazón en la mano para pedir su apoyo y recaudar fondos que nos ayuden a cubrir los gastos de un trasplante de riñón para mi hermano, Luis Adrián.

<div>Luis Adrián tiene 12 años. Disfruta muchísimo jugar fútbol, montar a caballo y jugar videojuegos con sus amigos y primos. En agosto de 2025, después de un verano lleno de actividades, comenzó a sentirse muy fatigado. Pocos días después tuvo que ser internado en Monterrey, Nuevo León. Fue ahí donde nuestra familia recibió la noticia que cambió nuestras vidas para siempre: Luis Adrián había desarrollado falla renal en ambos riñones. Sus riñones ya no funcionaban y necesitaba comenzar hemodiálisis inmediatamente.

<div>Desde ese momento, su vida cambió por completo. Ha pasado muchos días hospitalizado, recibe tratamiento de hemodiálisis tres veces por semana, además de múltiples estudios médicos y constantes procedimientos quirúrgicos. A pesar de todo lo que ha pasado, Luis Adrián sigue siendo increíblemente optimista, enérgico y fuerte. Su valentía nos inspira todos los días; siempre mantiene una actitud positiva y una sonrisa.

<div>Hoy se encuentra en la lista de espera para recibir un trasplante de riñón en México, lo que le daría la oportunidad de regresar a disfrutar su infancia, seguir creciendo, aprendiendo y viviendo plenamente. Los gastos médicos relacionados con un trasplante de riñón son muy altos. Aun con el seguro de gastos médicos mayores, hay muchos gastos adicionales que no cubre el seguro.

<div>Hoy recurrimos a su apoyo. Nuestra meta es reunir $1,740,000 pesos para cubrir los gastos relacionados con el trasplante de riñón de Luis Adrián.

<div>El desglose estimado (despues del seguro de gastos médicos) es el siguiente:

<div>$500,000 — Transporte de riñón
</div>
<div>$400,000 — Equipo médico que realizará el trasplante
</div>
<div>$500,000 — Gastos preoperatorios (medicamentos, hemodiálisis y procedimientos quirúrgicos)

<div>$230,000 — Gastos hospitalarios durante el trasplante
</div>
<div>$110,000 — Gastos postoperatorios

<div>El monto no utilizado de los fondos recibidos será donado al centro de hemodiálisis del Hospital Muguerza en Monterrey para que sea destinado específicamente a menores de edad que necesiten recibir hemodiálisis.

<div>Luis Adrián is 12 years old. He loves playing soccer, horseback riding, and playing video games with his friends and cousins. In August 2025, after a summer full of activities, he began feeling extremely fatigued. A few days later, he had to be hospitalized in Monterrey, Nuevo León. It was there that our family received the news that changed our lives forever: Luis Adrián had developed kidney failure in both kidneys. His kidneys were no longer functioning, and he needed to begin hemodialysis immediately.

<div>Since that moment, his life changed completely. He has spent many days hospitalized, undergoes hemodialysis treatment three times a week, and has had multiple medical tests and ongoing surgical procedures. Despite everything he has gone through, Luis Adrián remains incredibly optimistic, energetic, and strong. His bravery inspires us every single day — he always keeps a positive attitude and a smile on his face.

<div>Today, he is on the waiting list to receive a kidney transplant in Mexico, which would give him the opportunity to return to enjoying his childhood, continue growing, learning, and living life fully. The medical expenses related to a kidney transplant are extremely high. Even with major medical insurance, there are many additional costs that are not covered.

<div>Today, we humbly ask for your support. Our goal is to raise $1,740,000 MXN to cover the expenses related to Luis Adrián’s kidney transplant.

<div>The estimated breakdown of expenses (after insurance coverage) is as follows:
