<div>This is Christ Centered Child Orphanage Care Organization, We are a Christian Ministry that helps the most children in Uganda, who have been orphaned, and most are found living on the streets. These children have no one to provide food and shelter, much less clothing. We are located in Kigalama, Kasanda District, Uganda and currently serve more than 54 children from ages 3yr to 17 yrs of age.

<div>Some days, we wakes up and finds a child, literally, on the door step with a note saying they are an orphan and need food and shelter. We do not have room or food enough for all the children who come to our door. Over the past few months we have had to turn away 90 children, because there is not food enough.

<div>Our greatest need at this time is financial partners who will help us feed and shelter the children we have with us. We depend solely up donations to provide even the smallest amounts There are days that the children have no food, with only sugar water to satisfy the hunger, some days only water. Other days they get ½ cup of porridge twice a day. This is no where near the nutrition that growing children need, but it is often all we can afford. In our budget we would like to include vegetables, fruits, and proteins, because this is what growing children need.

<div>As of today, we have 54 children living at the orphanage, with an ideal monthly budget of £2780. That budget would provide food, shelter, electricity, water, and minor medical supplies or medications. To provide only food and shelter, we need £54 per day or approximately £1620 per month (given 31 days per month).

<div>Our future plans is to purchase a land where we can construct a orphanage/ house where our children can call home because we’re now renting a house where we keep them and yet it’s not enough for us. And also if we buy a land, we will be able to grow our own food, and the need for food will be no more. We also want to start a chicken project so that we can have our own source of income.
