<div>Hello, my name is Kimberly McNeil. I've been recently diagnosed with several illnesses, which are stage 4 kidney disease, polycystic kidney disease with a complex cyst on my right kidney. <strong>I am in the process of a kidney work-up for a kidney transplant.</strong> I also have a pituitary tumor on the left side of my brain, and I have torn ligaments in my right ankle.

<div> I built this GoFundMe page so I can get help paying medical bills and gas to travel back and forth to the doctor. I have a lot going on, and it would be delightful if I could get a little extra help. <strong>I have 3 children, and my son is autistic.</strong> I live in Chesapeake, Virginia. I was born with this disease, and eventually, the doctor said the cyst would take over both my kidneys. The brain tumor, the doctors are going to try and shrink it.
