<div>Hi, my name is Kathy Goodwin White and I am John’s oldest sister. Sadly, John passed away on February 10, 2024. His wife is in need of financial assistance as she has no income coming in. She’s unable to work due to her MS and seizures. She’s in the process of filling for disability but has no income coming in.

<div>As some of you may know, John was in Barnes hospital in St. Louis for 6 weeks due to congestive heart failure and other complications. John is now the longest living LVAD recipient in the country.  This past week the family chose to go ahead and put him in Hospice care. John is only 52 years old but his body is just worn out. His wife Shelley has not left his side. She is unable to work and John requires constant care.  Their only income is from John’s disability SS. John does not have life insurance as no one will cover him with his heart issues so there is no money for funeral expenses.  Any amount you could donate is greatly appreciated.
