<div>Hello everyone, I’m asking for help to raise money for a dear friend of mine, James Lobisch. His experience is tragic, and I’m sincerely hoping we can all come together and make the weight on his heart and shoulders a little lighter.

<div>For those of you who don’t know, James lost his 7-month-old daughter Abigail in 2019 due to a drug overdose of Benadryl administered by a babysitter. Since then he has been patiently waiting as this case has dragged on for 5 years now with no justice yet for the life of this little girl that he misses so much. The last 5 years have been filled with ups and downs as Abi’s family is filled with ongoing pain and sadness at the passing of every birthday and anniversary of her death.

<div>After half a decade and no less than 19 crushing disappointments of postponed court dates, a date for the trial has finally been set to take place in Honolulu in November of this year. What we can do to help is raise enough money for a rental car and a place to stay so that James can attend the entirety of his daughter’s trial and finally see his rightful day in court.
