<div>Just recently, Izzy was diagnosed with a severe and advanced eye disease that has completely disrupted her daily life and ability to work.

<div>Over the past two weeks, she has been dealing with:

<div>	•	Double vision unless her eye is patched

</div>

<div>	•	Dizziness and nausea

</div>
