Frank's Fight - A Medical Emergency

Hi... I'm Keith Daniels. I created this Gofundme in hopes of relieving Frank Zimmerman and his family of the growing financial burden that is piling up due to his recent accident.

Frank is well known in his group of friends and the bowling community. He is a brother to us all and would do anything to help others out. On December 20, 2022, while talking with his bowling buddies at the Little River bowling alley, Frank gets up and immediately collapses to the concrete floor. The paramedics were called and rushed him to the hospital...after all tests and evaluations were run, it was discovered that Frank had swelling and bleeding in the brain. His doctors inserted a screw to relieve the pressure. Frank tested positive for Covid as well, with a 102 temp, his lungs were beginning to fill with fluid. As a result, his breathing slowed to the point of putting him on a ventilator and has been kept in a medically induced coma since that day.

Fast forward to today, 10 days later (12/30)... Frank has now had a stroke and was taken into emergency surgery to remove part of his cranium. Frank's fiance was told today that he has a 50/50 chance of being paralyzed. We pray he pulls through.

Frank is going to have a long road to recovery and the family needs all of the support that we can give. Bless their hearts they don't have much and this tragedy will take an even bigger toll on them. Any donations big or small would really help Frank and his family and would be greatly appreciated. In addition to his fiance and their 5-year-old daughter, Frank has three older children, as well as grandchildren. Frank loves and treasures his family.
