<div>My wife has been struggling the last few years with her self-image and body positivity since the birth of our 5th child. His birth separated her abdominal muscles, and when he stopped breastfeeding, she feels that her breasts have "deflated." I think she is beautiful and am happy with her looks. However, it's been an issue for her, and she's said multiple times a year she wants a mommy makeover. <strong>I want to provide this for her.</strong> I can't currently, with her being a stay-at-home mother, which I encourage and support. She's been talking of getting a job in the fall when the youngest starts school to help pay for the surgery. I'm all for her working if she wants to work; I just don't want her to go back to work just for this. If we are going to have to pay for aftercare for 5 children, I want it to be because she wants to work, not that she feels she has to in order to get a surgery.
