<div>Dalton is one of the hardest working 28 year olds! He is a contractor heavy duty mechanic in Acheson. He has been in the trade for over 12 years, learning at a young age from his Dad, who is a heavy equipment owner/operator.

<div>Dalton met the love of his life, Krista, just after high school where they fell fast in love with one another. They recently celebrated their third wedding anniversary.

<div>17 months ago, they welcomed their precious son Caden into the world.

<div>Dalton started to get severe migraines that began to affect every aspect of his life. He was not even able to play with his son or enjoy time with his family and friends. Rapidly, these migraines turned into memory issues and more serious pain. After a few visit to the doctor, being dismissed at the hospital, his wife demanded a CT scan which found a brain lesion. An MRI confirmed a tennis ball size brain tumour and cyst. Dalton underwent major surgery to remove as much of the tumour as safely as possible. The pathology results found the tumour to be an aggressive cancerous grade 4 astrocytoma. Dalton will be unable to return to work in the near future and will undergo chemotherapy, radiation and additional supportive therapies.
