<div>Recently, we received news that he needs brain surgery. While we’re incredibly grateful the doctors caught things in time and that there’s a straight forwards procedure, it’s still scary and very overwhelming, both emotionally and financially.

<div>The surgery itself is necessary and time sensitive, and while insurance is covering a portion, we’re still left with about $4,500 in out-of-pocket costs, plus some additional expenses for medications, follow-up care, and support during his recovery.

<div>Teddy is one of the strongest, most quietly resilient people I know. He’s the type to never ask for help, but I know we can’t do this alone.
