Donate to help Consuelo Llamas kick Leukemia

I was reminded of how precious every moment of life could be when I

received a call several weeks ago that my young, beautiful and healthy

friend was diagnosed with leukemia.

A group of Connie's friends has come together to create this

Go-Fund-Me page in the hope that we can help her cover the exorbitant hospital co-pays, medications, loss of income and any other unexpected bills that are piling up during this challenging time for her and her family.

Connie recently shared that she has already had six weeks in the hospital with chemotherapy daily. In addition, she is scheduled for a bone marrow transplant and must stay in a hotel near the hospital for up to four months to be closely monitored.

My faith is strong, even though I feel inclined to ask, "why?" I know

God has a plan for Connie. Her strength and beautiful spirit will give

hope and courage to everyone she meets throughout this journey.

I selected an arbitrary goal of $50K. We have no idea how much

Connie's bills will amount to. The Llamas family will be grateful

for any help during this difficult time.
