Hi, my name is Fred and I’m raising money for The Next Chapter, a fundraising event supporting young people living in care.

Having experienced the care system myself and changing my life around having family back in my life, I would like to give something back, I know how important it is for young people in care to feel supported, valued and given opportunities to create positive memories.

I’m organising an evening of live music, entertainment and community support, bringing people together to raise money and awareness for a care home.

Every donation, no matter how big or small, will help make the event possible and support the people it is being organised for. Funds will go towards things such as entertainment, activities, gifts and other support for the young people.

I’m doing this because I know first-hand that sometimes a little support can make a huge difference. The Next Chapter is about giving young people something positive to look forward to and reminding them that their story doesn’t end with the care system.
