<div>I have been battling chronic Lyme disease for over ten years and have invested my life savings in trying to get well. I had been in remission for about 5 years, and then the disease manifested again after a surgery and a long bout of COVID. I have been struggling the past year to get it under control, but treatments that have worked for me in the past have been unsuccessful. However, there is now a protocol called <strong>Therapeutic Plasma Exchange</strong> that I have started that seems to be working and getting me back on the right track. Unfortunately, the treatment is not covered by health insurance and needs to be paid out of pocket. The cost is $10,000 per treatment and requires 5 rounds to be the most successful. <strong>I am at an impasse and can't cover the cost of $50,000 on my own, so I am reaching out to my community to raise the funds to turn this around, once and for all.</strong> I have given everything I can and used every resource at my disposal over the past 10 years and have spent my life's savings but now need help getting across the finish line so I can get back to living.
