<div>Dear Friends,family and community
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We are reaching out on behalf of Frank and Sasa Georgalos during a time of deep medical need and financial urgency. This devoted couple is currently facing an overwhelming healthcare crisis, with combined medical expenses that far exceed what insurance can cover.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Frank is preparing for his next heart surgery—an essential procedure following a long journey of cardiac complications. This surgery is critical to preserving his quality of life and ensuring he can continue to be the pillar of strength for his family and community .
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>At the same time, Sasa has recently been diagnosed with Frontotemporal Dementia (FTD)—a progressive neurological condition that deeply affects behavior, language, and cognitive functioning. The diagnosis has been heartbreaking and life-altering. FTD care requires specialized treatment, ongoing therapy, and support services that are often not fully covered by insurance.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The total out-of-pocket costs for Frank’s heart surgery and Sasa’s ongoing dementia care are projected to exceed $100,000. This includes surgical expenses, post-operative care, neurological assessments, medications, and long-term care planning.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Frank and Sasa have always shown great strength, love, and generosity to our community with any need. Now, they need our help. Any support—financial, emotional, or spiritual—will be a profound gift in this time of crisis.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Please consider contributing to help ease the heavy burden they are carrying. Your generosity will go directly toward the critical medical and care expenses they now face.
</div>

</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>With heartfelt thanks,
</div>
