<div>He was rushed to Theda, but his injuries were too severe for them to handle. Carter was airlifted to Children’s Hospital in Milwaukee, where he arrived as a Level 1 trauma (the most critical). After extensive testing, doctors discovered multiple life-threatening injuries, including:
