To whom it may concern,

My name is Carol Hauser . I am a single mom and a domestic violence survivor . I have a beautiful 5 year old autistic son named Douglas.

Life growing up in Montana has been hard . I was lucky enough to get into a housing program through the YWCA . It has been hard , between the special needs of my child and the limited after school/daycare programs I have been unable to obtain employment . Largely due to my domestic violence situation and other situations I have no family and very limited friend support here in the valley. I experienced domestic violence for 11 and 1/2 years before i finally had the courage to break the Cycle and make the changes I needed to.

Which brings me to the reason I am reaching out in the hopes of some assistance

I have exhausted all possibly charities and grants and other local programs possible I have been accepted into the Section 8 program in Osceola county Florida. There I have close family friends and access to great schools, therapy, and childcare for my son.

I have worked very hard to pull myself up and better mine and my sons' life. I am however a zero-income single parent household with no financial option to obtain airline tickets to move. I need to be there between the May 25th and June 1st so as to take the necessary steps to obtain my new residence and employment (section 8 is only giving me 90 days to complete my steps and be in compliance with their program requirements I must be physically in Florida for some of these steps) Thank you everyone .
