Stand Like Nehemiah: Building the eQuip&Focus Center
Hello, good Samaritan! My name is Victor Were, a student missionary at Hartland College, and I lead mission activities in my home country, Uganda, under the eQuip&Focus training programs. Our mission is to transform disadvantaged young adults in Africa into multidimensional future missionaries by equipping them with sustainable skills and fostering their creativity to positively impact their communities. With the skills I learned at Hartland College and the grace of God, we’ve already witnessed miracle stories of transformation—made possible through the generosity of supporters like you.
We are raising $10,000 to establish an official eQuip&Focus Center, a hub where youth can come together for mentorship, training, and community transformation.
Inspiration: Nehemiah’s Mission
In the Bible, Nehemiah rebuilt the walls of Jerusalem, creating a safe haven for worship and peace. Despite challenges and limited resources, his determination and the support of others allowed him to fulfill this great mission. Inspired by Nehemiah’s story, we are committed to building a center of influence that will equip and empower disadvantaged youth to serve and uplift their communities.
However, to fully realize our vision, we need your support to establish a permanent center for youth empowerment and spiritual growth.
