<div>Hello everyone,

</div>

<div>My name is Chris Majic and I’m excited to share something truly special. I’ve officially secured a brick-and-mortar location for my dream coffee shop, <strong>The Majic Bean</strong>. This isn’t just a café; it’s a place built on community, comfort, and creativity. A space where every sip feels a little magical.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>I’ve worked hard to get to this stage, and now I’m almost ready to open the doors. But I need help with the final steps, the essentials that make a coffee shop function and feel welcoming.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div><strong>Your support will go directly toward:</strong>

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<ul>

<li>Coffee &amp; tea product inventory

</li>

<li>Cups, lids, utensils, and supplies

</li>

<li>Essential equipment &amp; maintenance

</li>

<li>Tables, chairs, and cozy seating

</li>

<li>Décor and ambiance to create a warm, inviting environment

</li>

<li>POS and operational necessities to run smoothly

</li>

</ul>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Everything here is foundation level, the basics needed to serve customers and create the atmosphere that makes people want to stay, relax, and feel at home.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div><strong>Why This Matters:</strong>

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>The Majic Bean is more than a business; it’s a vision. I want to create a place where:

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<ul>

<li>People feel welcome, no matter who they are

</li>

<li>Local talent and small creators have a place to shine

</li>

<li>Conversations, culture, and connection are encouraged

</li>

<li>The community feels like they have a place that truly belongs to them

</li>

<li>Everyone deserves a space that feels warm, calm, and uplifting. I want to build that for my city.

</li>

</ul>

<div><br />

</div>

<div><strong>How You Can Help:</strong>

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Any support, whether it’s $5, $10, $50, or simply sharing this link — means the world to me. Every contribution pushes The Majic Bean one step closer to opening its doors.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>If you believe in:

</div>

<div>✨ Small business

</div>

<div>✨ Community-built spaces

</div>

<div>✨ Dreams becoming reality

</div>

<div>✨ Coffee made with love

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Then I would be incredibly grateful for your support.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Thank you so much for taking the time to read this, for supporting this dream, and for believing in what The Majic Bean will become. I can’t wait to welcome you in, coffee’s on me.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>With gratitude,

</div>
