Help Us Save Our TV Bingo!

As a nonprofit organization, Humane Society Hasting Prince Edward (HSHPE) relies on donations from the public, and the success of our programming to ensure we can continue our mission:

“To care for stray, surrendered, neglected, and abused animals in Hastings and Prince Edward Counties. The Society returns lost animals to families, coordinates adoption of animals to forever homes, provides medical care and other necessities for animals in distress, provides spay/neuter services to control pet over-population and educates the public about animal welfare.”

TV Bingo is our most successful fundraising initiative, and it continues to gain popularity with each season! Because of TV Bingo we have paid tens of thousands of dollars in medical and veterinary expenses for the more than 1600+ animals we support every year.

Unfortunately, after acquiring the TV Bingo equipment we use second hand, more than 7 years ago, it is now nearing the end of its usable life.

We have sourced out new, updated equipment but it comes with a hefty price tag. We need to raise $20,000 to replace the current TV Bingo system in time for our next season, starting in September 2025.

Thanks to two very generous supporters of HSHPE, they have agreed to match every dollar raised up to $10,000.
